The Exhibition Hall offers 7050 square metres of versatile floor space with a similar industrial aesthetic to The Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf venue, but on a much larger scale. Andrew Butler, Mirvac’s executive of office, said Mirvac is committed to delivering an activated and engaging public domain and business mix at ATP.

Harris Farm have snapped up a commercial strata space that they currently occupy at 24-30 Springfield Avenue, Potts Point for $11.75 million. Eric Lundberg and William Shen of TGC handled the sale and said the property attracted strong interest due to the location and strength of covenant, but ultimately the Harris family were the successful purchasers. The sale represents $11,900 per square metre.
